    Richardson’s Jersey Royals are hand picked and gently packed into specially lined paper bags within minutes in the field, holding the freshness and retaining as much of the potatoes delicate skins as possible in order to fully capture the famous Jersey Royal flavour. Heat sealing the bags ensures the freshness is sealed in!

He decided to invest in figs and revive an old Jersey tradition after undertaking research which showed that it in the 19th century it was common to have at least one fig tree in or near to the farmyard.

Our farm is essentially a 1st generation farm, the land was once farmed by Laurents grandparents but was not in use by the time Laurent was old enough to take an interest and so we have built what we have today from scratch.

My speciality is the field of aviation but my style is well developed and with 30 years experience I can illustrate anything a Client desires. My greatest accolade is being made an Associate Member of the Guild of Aviation Artists having had after 3 successful submissions in the London Mall Galleries.

    Matt Topman, brewer, founded Stinky Bay Brewing company four years ago. What initially started as a partnership with a friend, after a crazy idea one night when they were away travelling together, is now producing around 50,000 litres of beer a year in the Stinky Bay microbrewery; that's enough for every adult in Jersey to have a pint. Matt now runs the brewery on his own (with a little help from family and friends), and loves every day that he does.

    Collette Labey began her journey as The Jersey Wonderer after helping her cousin bake them for a charity event in 2015. She enjoyed how baking a traditional Jersey recipe brought the family together and thought it would it be a lovely idea for a small side-line business.
  • The adventure began when Mark Pinnick moved to Jersey and missed the cured meat snacks he had enjoyed while living in South Africa and so began to investigate curing Jersey beef to create his own Biltong. Word of mouth spread and soon Mark found himself running The Little Jersey Biltong Company, a small business supplying a niche market on the island.
