    Lesley Garton makes a range of modern and traditional, chutney, relish, jelly, jam, chilli sauce, chilli oil and cordial from her farm house on the outskirts of St Helier and sells them through an Island wide network of retail outlets. Lesley decided right from the outset that she would use local, seasonal Genuine Jersey ingredients.

    The Fresh Fish Company is ideally situated at the heart of the home of the Island’s commercial fishing fleet on the Victoria Pier of St Helier Harbour.
  • The Jersey Catch

    This small family business provides a wide range of fresh fish, locally for you all to enjoy. At the helm of the Jersey Catch is Josh Dearing, who following on from his previous business of Jersey Hand Dived Scallops, has teamed up with his father Mike and will now be selling more shellfish and other seasonal products. This is made possible with the arrival of their new boat "Bounty" a seven metre twin engined Cheetah Cat made to their specification on the Isle of Wight.
  • The Jersey Tea Company

    A home-grown tea business, started by four friends. The Jersey Tea Company sells handcrafted organic whole leaf green and black tea that has been grown and processed all on Island.
  • After moving to Jersey Mark Pinnick missed the cured meat snacks he had enjoyed while living in South Africa and so began to investigate curing Jersey beef to create his own Biltong. Word of mouth spread and soon Mark found himself running The Little Jersey Biltong Company, a small business supplying a niche market on the island.

    Stephanie Auckland the Founder and Designer of The Memory Mix completed a B.Sc. (Hons) Degree in Social Sciences and since graduating has developed this Graphic Design business producing a wide range of products to suit most occasions.

    Karen Hibbs at The Pottery Shed produces a range of hand thrown and hand built stoneware ceramics for kitchen and decorative use.
  • Three Oaks Vineries

    Glass house grown tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, potatoes, courgettes and aubergines available from all local Co-op stores.
  • Transport and Operations

    The Transport and Technical Services Department, which is part of the States of Jersey, produces two Genuine Jersey products: a Soil Improver and a Mulch from garden cuttings and prunings.

    I became interested in Handmade Soaps in 2009 and began to produce my own natural range in 2011. Having been to train in the UK and gained the necessary cosmetic safety assessments for production in the UK and Europe, I began producing my own range of Soaps, Bath Bombs, Bath Salts and other products from scratch in Jersey. In December 2011 I started producing Soy Wax candles and these soon became a popular addition to the product range.

    Kerwin Mohun is the founder of Twin Islands Limited, the Company which makes the very hot Pimata Chilli Sauce range, the recipe which was invented by his late father, AjitRamchandar Mohun.
