Jade-S Fisheries
The vessel Jade-S is owned and run by Captain Leyton Hunnisett and First Mate Gabby Mason, partners in life and business. Born and raised in Jersey we’re passionate about local seafood and the delights our waters have to offer.
Their ethos: support local fishermen, provide the highest quality and sustainably sourced local seafood from wetfish to shellfish.
From supplying locals, hotels, and restaurants they also have their very own café called Driftwood, at Archirondel.
