Bang Bang

Bang Bang is the creative studio of Jersey-based artist Lucy Fleming – a printmaker, collage artist, zine maker and facilitator with a passion for creative process in all its forms.

Working from her studio in St Ouen, Lucy creates distinctive, hand-crafted work through a mix of traditional printmaking and experimental techniques. Relief block printing and monoprinting sit at the heart of her practice, alongside collage, zine making, illustration, cyanotype and an ever-growing collection of materials and methods that invite curiosity and play.

Process is central to everything she makes. Lucy is fascinated by the unexpected moments that happen when ideas, textures and techniques collide, embracing experimentation as a way of discovering new possibilities. Her work is layered, tactile and expressive, often balancing bold graphic forms with quieter, found elements. Whether creating original prints, hand-bound zines or mixed-media works, she enjoys exploring how stories, ideas and materials can come together in unexpected ways.

Alongside her own practice, Lucy is an experienced workshop facilitator, creating welcoming spaces where people can slow down, get making and discover the joy of printmaking, zine making and creative experimentation. Whether working with ink, paper, fabric or found materials, she believes that creativity isn't tied to a single medium—it's about exploration, connection and making something meaningful with your hands.

Through Bang Bang, Lucy continues to create original artwork while championing accessible, playful and process-led creativity within Jersey's vibrant arts community.
