We are adding a new series of Sunday Genuine Jersey Artisans’ Markets, sponsored by Hepburns and MasonBreese.
The artisans’ market series will take place at The Seaside Cafe, Greve de Lecq between 10am - 3pm. The first market takes place on Sunday 22 June and they will then take place every two weeks until Sunday 7 September.
Genuine Jersey Chief Executive John Garton said: “Our Sunday Artisans’ market series has been made possible thanks to the generous support of the National Trust for Jersey, who have invited us to bring our Genuine Jersey Members to the seaside and joining the already very popular Ugly Oyster seafood van, another one of our Members which will make it a real occasion for visitors. Like all of our Artisans’ markets they offer a fantastic chance to buy directly from the makers, while finding out more about the processes involved in making their goods.
The contribution made by our two sponsors, Hepburns and MasonBreese and the support of The National Trust for Jersey means that we’ve been able to add in this additional market for our Members, which is fantastic. It has to be said their continued support is invaluable.”
Visitors to the market can browse the stalls of local crafts and produce, where goods sold by Genuine Jersey Members will have been made, grown, caught or reared on the island.
