Jersey Jacks is a small-batch artisan flapjack producer based in Jersey, creating naturally sweet, gluten-free flapjacks made with local ingredients and pure Jersey honey. Every batch is mixed, baked, and packed by hand, combining traditional home-style baking with modern, creative flavours.

Founded with a passion for local produce and sustainable food, Jersey Jacks uses gluten-free oats, coconut flour, and the finest local dairy and eggs to achieve a soft, buttery texture without compromising on quality. Our sweetness comes from real honey — and we’re working towards producing our own through the Jersey Jacks Sustainable Bee Project.

Our Flavours
Our range includes both classic favourites and innovative flavour combinations. Popular choices include Rocky Road, Cherry Frangipane, Yuzu & Coconut, and Miso Salted Caramel made with local Jersey cream. We also collaborate with local producers, creating special editions such as our Chocolate & Orange Jack made using La Mare Vineyards’ orange marmalade and our Black Butter Jack made with Jersey Black Butter.

Sustainability
Supporting local pollinators is at the core of our mission. The Jersey Jacks Sustainable Bee Project focuses on maintaining healthy hives, reducing food miles, and ensuring our flapjacks remain connected to Jersey’s natural environment. Our goal is to produce as much honey as possible right here on the island.
