I formally began my arts education at Highlands College in 2001, where I had the privilege of studying under an exceptional group of tutors and practicing artists, including Nicolas Romeril and Glyn Burton. I later continued to Falmouth University, completing a BA (Hons) in Contemporary Crafts in 2007.

Since graduating, I have continued to expand and refine my technical skills, focusing primarily on ceramics and printmaking. My work often explores themes of mysticism and human relationships, reflecting my ongoing interest in symbolism, the unseen, and the emotional connections that shape us and our environments.

I’m also naturally drawn to dark humour, which plays a subtle but significant role in my practice. I try never to take myself—or my work—too seriously, and a thread of sarcasm and a hint of the sinister skepticism often find their way into what I create. This blend of curiosity, playfulness, and introspection is at the heart of my artistic voice.
