Our farm, Carré Farms, is based in the west of the island. Farming is deeply rooted in our family history. Matthew’s grandfather, Lambert Carré, began farming in 1978 when he established our sister farm, Fosse Au Bois Farm, alongside Matthew’s uncle Paul. Matthew’s father joined the business in 1981, and with Matthew being born in 1988, farming has always been a way of life.

In 2022, Matthew and his wife Aimee established Carré Farms around their young and growing family. They began growing produce in Aimee’s parents’ polytunnels and greenhouses in St Saviour, supplying local markets and honesty huts. At the heart of Carré Farms is a commitment not only to producing quality food, but to building a future for their children, with the hope that one day they will continue the family farming legacy. Today, we grow approximately 8 vergées of indoor Jersey Royals before moving on to our outdoor crop, which is grown in the west of the island.

We are proud to produce high-quality Jersey Royals, grown with care and a strong connection to the land, continuing generations of farming tradition.

Where to Buy Our Produce
Our Jersey Royals are available at a range of local outlets, including Roberts Garages, Alliance (Sand Street, Broad Street, and Walker House), Iceland St Ouen, Me and the Farmer, Boucher Du Nord, St John Village Stores, Trinity Village Stores, Midland Stores, Green Island Stores, Falles Garage at Longueville, Kismet Cabana, and The Pantry.

They can also be purchased directly from our honesty huts located at Le Braye, Fosse Au Bois Farm, and La Guillaumerie in St Saviour.
